Black-Eyed Peas With Ham Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups Black-Eyed Peas Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and reduce heat to simmer until peas are tender, making sure to stir occasionally. Total preparation time is about 45-minutes. Remove bay leaf from the sauce pan and discard. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. |
