Lazy Day Casserole

2 small onions, chopped
1-½ cup diced celery
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground chuck
½ cup rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles

Saute onions and celery in oil in skillet. Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Pour off drippings.

Add vegetables, rice and soups. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle noodles over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
