Cubed Steaks
4 cubed steaks Coat steaks with flour seasoned with pepper and ¼ tsp. salt. Combine next 4 ingredients with 2 tbsp. water, in bowl; mix well. Spread each steak with ¼ of bread crumb mixture. Fold over; fasten with toothpick. Place in greased shallow baking dish; arrange rice around steak. Add tomatoes and remaining salt; dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until steaks are tender. |
