Apple Muffins

¾ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup oil
2 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup finely chopped apples
¼ cup raisins

Combine milk and egg in small bowl. Stir in oil.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add apples and raisins, tossing to coat. Stir in liquid ingredients until just mixed.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
