Breakfast Bran Muffins

2 cup milk
2 cup whole bran cereal
2 eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup honey
2-½ cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine milk and bran in bowl. Let stand for 1 minute. Add eggs, oil and honey, beating well. Stir remaining ingredients together. Add to liquid ingredients, stirring until just mixed.

Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 12.
