Club Day Casserole

3 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1-½ cup flour
1-½ tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ cup oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. mushroom powder
½ tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. parsley flakes
3 cup prepared biscuit mix
4 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk

Coat beef cubes with flour mixed with seasoned salt and pepper. Reserve flour mixture. Brown beef in oil in skillet. Add 2 cups water and next 5 ingredients; mix well. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Blend 4 tbsp. reserved flour mixture with 1 cup water in small bowl. Add to skillet. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine biscuit mix, butter and milk following package directions. Cover beef mixture with biscuit rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
