DROP DONUTS
1 EGG
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1 TBSP. MARGARINE
1 TSP. VANILLA
½ CUP MILK
1 1/3 CUP FLOUR
1 ½ TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP. SALT
BEAT EGG; ADD SUGAR, MARGARINE, VANILLA, AND
MILK. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT; ADD TO BATTER. DROP BY SPOONFUL INTO
PREHEATED OIL AT 375 DEGREES. REMOVE FROM PAN WITH SLOTTED SPOON. PLACE ON PAPER TOWELING
ON RACKS TO COOL.
