FRESH BERRY PIE MAKE PASTRY FOR A TWO-CRUST PIE. LINE PIE PAN
Mix sugar mixture lightly through berries. Fill pie pan. Butter 1½ tbsp. 1 tbsp. Dot pie with butter. Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it. Neat oven to 425 degrees. Bake until crust is nicely browned and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust, about 35-45 minutes. Serve slightly warm, not hot. |
