Heritage Casserole
1-½ lb. beef steak, cubed Cook beef in hot oil in skillet until lightly browned on all sides; add onion. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese, blending thoroughly. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. 8 servings. |
