Mexican Style Hash

2 cups chopped cooked beef
1/3 cup chopped onion2 tbsp. shortening
1 2 cups finely chopped raw potatoes
1 can corn (12 oz), drained
1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 2 tbsp. chili powder

Fry potatoes till about half cooked. In 10 inch oven going skillet, cook beef and onion till onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add potato, corn, soup, and chili powder; stir to combine. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
