Original Cincinnati Cockaigne In a pot bring to boil: 1 quart water Add: 2 pounds ground chuck Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer, 2 to 3 hours. Cool, uncovered and refrigerate overnight before serving. Before serving skim fat off top and reheat. Serve over Spaghetti noodles. Top with grated cheddar cheese and chopped onion. This recipe is excellent, but must be followed exactly or you might end up with something really gross tasting. Recipe shared by anonymous donor. |
