PEANUT BRITTLE
1 ½ CUPS RAW PEANUTS
1 CUP SUGAR
DASH SALT
½ CUP CORN SYRUP
3 TBSP. WATER
BRING TO BOIL AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. WHEN IT
TURNS TAN, SET OFF OF HEAT, ADD 1 TSP. BAKING SODA. BUTTER COOKIE SHEET, POUR CANDY ON.
ONLY TAKES 10-12 MINUTES. LET CANDY COOL. BREAK INTO PIECES.
