PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

1/3 lb.Milk chocolate
Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Plastic mold

Put milk chocolate into a microwave safe dish. The amount is up to you. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir then microwave on half power for 30 seconds, stir and repeat at 30 seconds until melted. Line molds with melted chocolate, (I used a finger to spread the chocolate.) When molds are lined, place in freezer. If there is a lot of melted chocolate left, use that for next step. Otherwise, melt more chocolate using aforementioned technique and when almost melted, add 2 tbsp. of peanut butter. Microwave on half power for 20 seconds. Stir. Remove molds from freezer and spoon new batch of melted chocolate and peanut butter into molds. Return molds to freezer for at least 1/2 hour or until hardened. The more peanut butter used, the creamier the chocolate will taste. Store peanut butter cups in fridge if there's any left.
