Quick Black Beans Rice
1, 16 oz. can Black beans, drained
1, 15 oz. can Stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup Frozen corn
1 Tbs. Dried onion
1 tea. Dried oregano
1/2 tea. Minced garlic
1 1/2 cup Instant brown rice
Bring tomatoes, beans, corn, and
spices to a boil. Stir in rice and return to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5
minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes covered.
