Rosemary Rice
2 cups chicken
broth 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small carrot, shredded 2 to 1 tsp. Grated lemon peel 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. Dried rosemary, crushed 2 tsp. Salt Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. |
