2 lb. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
½ cup melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup grated cheese
½ cup chopped onion
2 cup sour cream
unseasoned bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs in large
bowl, mixing well. Spread in 9x13 baking pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
