Swedish Nut Cake
1 cup chopped nuts Combine ½ cup nuts, 1 tsp. vanilla and next five ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Combine remaining 1 tsp. vanilla and next 3 ingredients in bowl, beating until creamy. Frost cooled cake. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup nuts. |
